The Waterstone Grand Clubhouse is available for rentals. Reserve your date today! Please note that reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Our rental fees include usage for the area being rented only. A refundable deposit of $500 is required for all rentals.
Note: Guest are not permitted to use the pools, or fitness room without clearance from the property management team. The Playground area may be utilized with direct and on-site supervision by an adult over 21.

Level 04 – $1000
Exclusive use of clubhouse, patio, all pools (Lagoon, Lap, Kiddie, SPA), and playground.
(Only available after 6:00pm to 11:00pm)
Meeting room can be rented upon availability

For additional hours, before 9:00 PM – $50 per hour | After 9:00 PM – $65
Sunday before 7:00 PM – $50 per hour | After 7:00 PM – $65
