The Waterstone Grand Clubhouse is available for rentals. Reserve your date today! Please note that reservations can be made up to 6 months in advance. Our rental fees include usage for the area being rented only. A refundable deposit of $250 is required for all rentals.

Note: Guest are not permitted to use the pools, or fitness room without clearance from the property management team. The Playground area may be utilized with direct and on-site supervision by an adult over 21.

Level 1

Level 01 – $400

Exclusive use of the clubhouse (inside only)
3hrs.
Level 2

Level 02 – $450

Exclusive use of the clubhouse and game patio
3hrs.
Level 3

Level 03 – $700

Exclusive use of the clubhouse, patio, Lagoon pool, Kiddie pool, and playground
4hrs.
Level 4

Level 04 – $800

Exclusive use of clubhouse, patio, all pools (Lagoon, Lap, Kiddie, SPA), and playground.
(Only available after 6:00pm to 11:00pm)

Meeting room can be rented upon availability

(Security deposits and insurance certificates required for rentals.)
