Exit 5 (SW 288 Street). Go East on SW 288 Street. Make right at intersection and traffic light at 137 Ave onto SW 137 Ave heading south. Make right at next light on to Waterstone Way. Go halfway around traffic circle and over bridge. Waterstone Grand will be immediately on left.

At the intersection of US1 and Campbell Drive (SW 312 Street), Head East on Campbell Drive. Approx. 1/2 mile past Homestead Hospital, look for the “Waterstone” Community and make a left onto Waterstone Way. Please observe 30 mph speed limit. Waterstone Grand will be approx. 1/2 mile on your right.
